There’s no fixed threshold, but we generally focus on software contracts with annual spend above $75,000, where the opportunity for meaningful savings is greater.
How do you calculate your fees?
We operate on a No Savings, No Fee basis. Our fee is calculated as a share of the savings achieved, measured against the vendor’s proposal at the point when you engage us.
What results can we expect?
Across our engagements, we typically deliver savings in the range of 25–35%, measured against the vendor’s proposal at the start of when our client's engage us (not the vendor's list price).
